Types of Bolts We Manufacture

Standard sizes ship in 15–20 days. Non-standard head shapes, lengths and thread lengths are made to drawing.

Hex Head Bolts

Standards: DIN 931, DIN 933, ISO 4014, ISO 4017, ANSI B18.2.1, GB/T 5782, GB/T 5783

Sizes: M5–M64, 1/4"–2", length 10–500 mm

Flange Bolts

Standards: DIN 6921, DIN 6922, IFI 111, JIS B1189

Sizes: M5–M20, serrated or plain flange, full or partial thread

Carriage & Cup Head Bolts

Standards: DIN 603, DIN 604, ANSI B18.5

Sizes: M6–M20, with or without square neck, for timber and steel assemblies

U-Bolts & Pipe Clamps

Standards: DIN 3570, custom drawings

Sizes: M6–M30, pipe OD 1/2"–24", with or without plate and nuts

Anchor Bolts

Standards: DIN 529, custom L / J / straight types

Sizes: M8–M42, including bent, welded plate and headed foundation bolts

High-Strength Structural Bolts

Standards: ASTM A325, A490, EN 14399 (HR / HV sets)

Grades: Class 8.8, 10.9 with matching nut and hardened washer

Mechanical Properties

Class 4.8 / 5.8 — low carbon steel, tensile 400–520 MPa, general purpose
Class 8.8 — medium carbon steel quenched and tempered, tensile 800 MPa
Class 10.9 — alloy steel, tensile 1040 MPa, for heavy-duty structures
A2-70 (304) — stainless, 700 MPa, outdoor and mildly corrosive environments
A4-80 (316) — stainless, 800 MPa, marine and chemical environments
ASTM A325 / A490 — structural bolting with EN 10204 3.1 mill certificate

Surface Finish

Corrosion Protection Options

Blue-white zinc plated, 5–8 µm (indoor)
Yellow zinc plated, 8–12 µm (mild outdoor)
Hot-dip galvanised to ISO 1461, 45–80 µm (construction)
Dacromet / Geomet, 720 h salt spray (automotive)
Black oxide, phosphated and plain oiled (industrial)

Chemical composition analysis of every incoming wire rod coil
Tensile, yield and elongation test to ISO 898-1
Rockwell / Vickers hardness survey on 3 pcs per lot
Proof load and wedge tensile test on high-strength grades
Go / no-go thread gauging to 6g tolerance
Salt-spray test on plated parts, 72–720 h
