Sizes: ST2.2–ST8, pan, countersunk, hex and flange head, sheet metal threads

Standards: DIN 7504 K / N / P, ISO 15480

Sizes: ST3.5–ST6.3, hex washer head, with or without bonded sealing washer

Standards: DIN 963, DIN 965, DIN 7985, DIN 912, ISO 4762

Sizes: M2–M16, slotted, Phillips, hex socket and torx drives

Drywall Screws

Standards: DIN 18182, ASTM C1002

Sizes: 3.5 × 25 mm to 4.8 × 150 mm, bugle head, coarse or fine thread, black phosphate

Wood & Chipboard Screws

Standards: DIN 571, DIN 7997, DIN 7505

Sizes: 3.0–10 mm diameter, double countersunk head, wax coated

Roofing & Construction Screws

Types: Hex washer head, EPDM bonded washer, wing tip, drill point

Sizes: For sandwich panel, steel sheet and metal roofing, HDG or Dacromet finish

Weights are indicative; black phosphate drywall screws are slightly heavier due to coarse thread.

Case-Hardened for Drive Performance

Low carbon steel 1022 / 1018 — case hardened to HV 450–550 surface hardness
Core hardness — HV 280–380 for torsion strength without brittleness
Stainless A2 (304) — for outdoor and wet environments, no plating needed
Stainless A4 (316) — marine, chemical and food equipment
Brass H62 — decorative and electrical uses
Bi-metal screws — hardened tip for heavy steel sheet
